CASE STUDY: CRITICAL Infrastructure Management MINISTRY

This is a crucial ministry with core assets that impact the functioning of the ministry spread across 50+ locations. There are a wide variety of assets across these locations – in Phase 1 (Delivered) of the project we took 8 key sites and a subset of the assets.

Scope

8 Ministry Locations spread across 2 Cities that are 1000km/620miles apart.

CASE STUDY: Leading middle east airline

Airline systems are super-critical and need to be available 24x7x365; there is no margin for error. The airline’ critical assets are located in their ‘Primary DC’, a DR site and in 10 ‘Network Rooms’ within the airport premises.

There are disparate assets and asset classes within each of the premises, ranging from Databases, Servers, Networks, Cooling Systems, Fire Systems, Security System and Environmental Systems…to name a few – all this spread across multiple locations.
